If you were accidently charged we are able to give you a refund within the parameters of our returns policy.

If you do not want to lose access to the stream right away, we suggest waiting until 1 day before your subscription renews and to cancel it that day.
If you have paid for one of the following Plans: Month by Month, 6 Months Prepaid or 1 Year Prepaid, then you have 2 sessions available daily.
The 1 Session Plan gives you access to only 1 session and it must be used before midnight the day of purchase.
No. Your sessions do not accumulate, if you have not used your 2 sessions today, your session counter will be reset at midnight. And tomorrow you will have 2 sessions available.
We are not just a business; we genuinely care about your healing journey and providing daily support. Typically, a full healing session lasts about one hour. To accommodate a busy lifestyle, we have divided this hour into two 30-minute sessions per day. We understand that not everyone has time for a full hour of uninterrupted healing every day, but most people can find 30 minutes in the morning, during lunch, or in the evening.
We also recognize that your daily challenges and needs vary. In the morning, you may need an energy boost and improved focus, while in the evening, you might seek to calm your nervous system and prepare for restful sleep. Therefore, we offer different protocols for morning and evening sessions to address these distinct needs.
As a result, we do not provide a plan with just one session per day. If you prefer a single daily session, you can opt for our Plan "1 Session" and purchase sessions as you see fit.
No, we do not recommend sharing your unique link.
First, you will lose control over the number of your sessions. Second, your account may experience date errors, which could complicate your future use of our service. Third, by sharing our unique link with someone you are violating our policies.
If you want to share healing with someone, please invite them to your location and conduct a session together from your device. There is no limit on the number of people in the room—everyone will receive healing!
Troubleshooting access to stream for subscribers
First, Check your bank account for a payment transaction. If you do not see the transaction, then you have not become our subscriber. In this case, renew your subscription.
If you saw a transaction then:
- Сheck your SPAM folder, as the email may have ended up there. If you find it, please move it to your inbox to ensure you receive future emails from us without issues.
- If you are using Gmail, check the promotions tab as they end up there sometimes as well.

If your session was interrupted very quickly (within the first 10 minutes), please reach out to us, and we will do our best to assist you and help you experience all the benefits of one free session.
We offer everyone the opportunity to receive one free healing session. This offer is available to everyone, but the condition is that each person is limited to one free session. In order for your friends and family to get a free session, they need to fill out the form themselves. We strongly advise against sharing our letters and links, as doing so may cause you to lose your unique opportunity for healing and could lead to future difficulties accessing the stream. If you shared your unique link for one free session with someone and they used it before you, unfortunately, you will lose the opportunity to claim your free session. However, there's a possibility that the person you gave your free session to might invite you to share it with them.
